The arrangement was beautiful. Unfortunately it almost didn't get delivered on my wife's birthday. When it became apparent there was a problem by 6 that evening I called and the owner was still present. She was surprised that it had not been delivered but found it sitting in the greenhouse. Luckily they were local and she was willing to deliver on her way home from work, personally. Not sure how the error happened, but at least she was dedicated to service and rectified the problem.
